Pricing is based on
- The design (number of colors, print locations)
- The apparel (tees, hoodies, etc)
- Quantity (price breaks at 50, 75, 150, 500)
Order Confirmation Procedure
- Orders will remain on hold until a confirmation is received.
- A 50% deposit is due when the order is confirmed
- The remaining balance is due when the order is completed, prior to shipping, or at the time of pick up.
Kaleidoscope assumes no responsibility for errors made once reviewed and approved by you, the customer. Please double check everything. This includes artwork, design placement, spelling, and quantities. Once an item is decorated, it cannot be returned or undone.
A 20% restocking fee and shipping costs will be charged for any orders changed after order approval.
Screen Printing and Additional Services
Screens = $10.00
Ink Changes = $10 per change (12 piece minimum per ink color)
Art Services: graphic design work = $50/hr
Exact PMS Color Match $25.00

Digitization – Embroidery Set-up charge $50 (up to 15,000 stitches)
Private Labeling: 12 per size minimum.
Printed labels (Must have tear away tags) $1.00 each
Sewn in labels $1.50 each
