None of this is possible without the incredible crew that makes Kaleidoscope an industry leader.

So that said, come meet our team:

Steve was born and raised on Cape Cod.
One of seven children, he was taught a strong work ethic at a young age.
He began screen printing at the age of 16 and founded Kaleidoscope Imprints at the age of 20.
Steve oversees all parts of Kaleidoscope and is constantly searching for the newest products and latest decoration techniques.
He is happiest running a press, elbow deep in ink. Getting back to his roots on the screen printing shop floor.
In addition to work Steve loves being on the water. His days off are spent fishing on his boat The Squeegee Monkey or waterskiing on the pond.
Steve is grateful for the many customers, vendors and employees that have collaborated with Kaleidoscope since 1987!

Cody is the Production Manager at our Falmouth location, where he oversees everything from screen setup to printing and day-to-day operations. He keeps the shop running smoothly and is always ready to lend a hand wherever needed. Outside of work, Cody enjoys building LEGO projects, reading comics, and spending time with his family.

Meet Carrie. Carrie loves long hikes in the woods with her 2 hounds, Lila and Otis. She is well known as the baker at Kaleidoscope; her cupcakes are legendary! Carrie is in our sales department, but can also be found at the end of a dryer helping the printers, or in the folding department helping out. If you are looking for a fashionable option for your gear, Carrie can help you find something on trend!

Ray has been designing in the screenprinting/ apparel business on and off for over 35 years. Starting right out of college in 1989 designing t- shirts and then shifting to the toy business doing packaging design and eventually coming full circle back to apparel design with Kaleidoscope for the past 4 years.  In his free time he enjoys drawing fantasy and comic book illustration, playing basketball and driving his classic cars to car shows.

Annie joined Kaleidoscope’s art department with a sketchbook full of ideas and a passion for hand-drawn design. She creates unique artwork for clients, manages social media, helps with sales, and pitches in on production when needed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cat and creating art for her side brand, Fox & Plover Designs.

Geoff has been with Kaleidoscope since the early days and has hit the 30 year mark.  From printing to sales, to art and everything between, Geoff has done it here.  Design highlights include creating the Beachcomber logo, several Cape League team logos, Xiarhos logos and many more. Geoff loves interacting with customers, working with the clothing orders and the art and design of the logos.  When he is not at Kscope, he enjoys time with the family... usually playing, coaching, or watching a sporting event!

Meet Nick. Nick can be found driving the Kaleidoscope Van all over the Cape and beyond. He is also a darkroom tech, Mr. Fix it and warehouse organizer. When not at Kaleidoscope Nick is creating amazing sculptures or combing the beaches with his trusty canine sidekick, Buck. If you see the van on the street, give Nick a beep and a wave!

Carolynn has been with Howlingbird since 2014 and officially joined the Kaleidoscope team in 2025. She’s done a little bit of everything—helping customers, unboxing goods, and sometimes even jumping in at the press. Off the clock, you can find her cross-stitching, collecting beach glass treasures, or spending time with her family and her cat, Pongo.

Meet Shawn. He works across screen printing, heat press, and embroidery, helping bring every project to life. When he’s not in production, Shawn can be found hiking, camping, enjoying concerts, or just soaking up the outdoors.

David and his wife Ingrid founded Cape Cod Embroidery in 1997, a company built on quality and exceptional customer service. In 2021 Cape Cod Embroidery merged with Kaleidoscope and It has been a natural fit. David is thrilled to be part of the Kaleidoscope family as it has the same high standards that David holds near and dear.  He works closely with long time as well as new customers ensuring they receive top-tier service and care. David works closely with the sales team on new embroidery projects, if you have one you will likely receive a pre production embroidery proof from him.
When not working David enjoys spending time exploring coastal Virginia with Ingrid, the love of his life, along with his 7 children and many grandchildren. He is eagerly waiting for Steve's visit to Virginia, so he can finally learn how to fish!
